The audio won’t play.
Little hugs streams its meditations, so it needs a connection. Check that you’re online, then try reopening the track. If it keeps happening, email us with your phone model and we’ll help.
How do I change my name or preferences?
Open the app, go to your account, and update your name or what you’d like. The greeting and what the app offers will adjust to match.
I forgot my password.
From the sign-in screen, choose to reset your password and follow the steps. If you’re stuck, write to us and we’ll get you back in.
How do I delete my account?
Email support@mylittlehugs.com from the address on your account and ask us to delete it. We’ll remove your account and the data tied to it promptly, and confirm when it’s done.
Is my data private?
Yes. We don’t use analytics or trackers, and we never sell your data. You can read the full details in our Privacy Policy.
