Privacy, held gently.

Your account. When you create an account we store your email address, the name you choose to be called, and your password — and your password is only ever kept as a secure, one-way hash, never as plain text.

Your preferences. The gentle choices you make — your preferred name and what you’d like the experience to feel like — so the app can greet you and tailor what it offers.

On your device. Your most recent track and position are saved locally on your phone so you can pick up where you left off. This stays on your device.

There are no third-party analytics, no advertising, no trackers, and no SDKs that follow you across other apps or websites. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information. We don’t build a profile of you for marketing.

The meditations stream from our own server at mylittlehugs.com. As with any web service, our servers may briefly record standard technical logs (such as an IP address and the time of a request) for security and reliability. These are not used to identify or track you and are not shared.

Account data is stored on our servers. Passwords are hashed with a modern algorithm (argon2id) and are never readable, even by us. We use encrypted connections (HTTPS) for everything the app sends and receives.

You can change your name and preferences any time in the app. If you’d like us to delete your account and all the data associated with it, email support@mylittlehugs.com and we’ll take care of it promptly.

Little hugs is intended for a general audience and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

If we change how we handle your data, we’ll update this page and revise the date above.
