Welcome to Little hugs. By using our app or website ("the Service"), you agree to these terms. Please read them alongside our Privacy Policy.

Using the Service

Little hugs offers gentle, voice-guided meditations for personal, non-commercial use. You agree to use the Service lawfully and not to disrupt, copy, resell, or misuse it or its content.

Your account

You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity under your account. You may delete your account at any time from within the app.

Content & intellectual property

All meditations, audio, visuals, and branding are owned by Little hugs and provided for your personal use only. You may share our published clips as offered, but you may not reproduce or redistribute the content as your own.

Subscriptions & billing

Little hugs offers an optional auto-renewing subscription (Little hugs Premium) that unlocks the guided journeys, the full personal mindset audio, and the deep teachings. Some content remains free.

Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically at the then-current price unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal at any time in your Apple ID Account Settings; deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.

Any unused portion of a free trial, where offered, is forfeited when you purchase a subscription. Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with the App Store terms; we cannot issue refunds directly. If a subscription lapses or is cancelled, access to premium content ends at the close of the paid period.

Little hugs is for relaxation and general wellbeing. It is not medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice and is not a substitute for professional care. If you are in distress, please contact a qualified professional or local emergency services.

Availability & changes

We may update, pause, or change features of the Service, and we may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.

Disclaimer & liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, Little hugs is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the Service.
